- Happy boy.
When Aptamil Follow On Milk contacted me and asked me to work with them and try their new follow on milk it felt like a really natural thing. We have been using Aptamil Follow On Milk with Rudi since he was 6 months, Giving a bottle every night has been a time that when Jamie makes it Home for bed time is something Jamie really looks forward to. It really gives them their own special Father and son bonding time alone. It’s also a lovely thing that I love to do when I do bed time, there’s just something about the calmness of it, it’s a time where we just relax together and have a quiet cuddle with no fidgeting or distractions! We always have used mam bottles, we find they have worked really well for us. When we were weaning Rudi onto food at 6 months his milk was a regular source of nutrition, so in those first couple of weeks especially when he didn’t seem to eat an awful lot it was more just play, especially as we were doing baby led weaning so a lot I always knew he was getting enough nutrients from his milk alone. Rudi now has 2 7-8 ounce bottles a day! Always 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. Although we find if he wakes in the night we give him his morning bottle then instead.

- I have to hide the bottle until I give it to him!!!
He loves his milk and has never shown any problems with it! With the new formula that we tried out there were no signs of any type of negative change in the way Rudi drank or reacted to the milk, the only thing I found is that when preparing I noticed more that you needed to vigorously shake for around 20 seconds to fully make sure it is dissolved and there is no left over powder or residue in the bottle. Following the guidelines on how to make the formula is very important. To know that there is something out there that provides goodness including vitamin d to support the baby’s normal function of the immune system is such a wonderful thing and over the years has come such a long way. All I can go by is the health and happiness of Rudi and to me he has loved and thrived on his follow on milk. He loves his bot bot and his face lights up every time he sees it to the point where I have to keep it out of sight until it’s ready and it’s bed time, so to me that’s a sign that it must taste good too!

- Precious quiet times together. #AptamilFollowOnMilk #Ad This is a sponsored post. I have been compensated for my time in writing it but this is an honest review and all my content and opinions are my own.
